how does one create a learning environment???

i started with classrooms... soon discovered that i was learning the most...

i enjoy creating learning experiences...

also... have discovered that learning is always a multi-directional process... one can never be sure who is learning from whom...

one can only create the environment that facilitates multidirectional collaborative learning... too many buzz words for me...
